Using ACO

Invoices & wallet credit

Understand Pay-After-Success fees, payments, and adjustments.

TXPL uses Pay-After-Success billing for its assisted-checkout service. Open Invoices to see your account's fee rate, outstanding balance, wallet credit, and issued invoices.

Understand the service fee

The fee is based on the margin between the item's recorded market value at checkout and the recorded purchase cost, using your applicable fee rate and configured fee bounds. Later market-price movements do not change that saved price snapshot.

The estimate on a drop helps you review an entry. The invoice line shows the actual billed calculation. Use the amounts shown in your account instead of assuming every member or drop has the same rate.

Find and pay an invoice

  1. Open Invoices. An invoice appears after its billing run has been finalized and sent.
  2. Select the invoice number to review its line items, credit, remaining balance, and status.
  3. When a payment link is available, use the invoice's payment button to open the hosted payment page.
  4. Return to the invoice to check its updated status after payment.

If the balance or status does not look right after a payment, keep your receipt and ask staff to check it before making another payment.

Wallet credit

The Wallet credit balance and wallet history appear on the invoice list. Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice. Review the invoice's credit and remaining balance to see what was applied.

Wallet credit is a credit toward TXPL service invoices. It is not a refund of a retailer purchase.

Questions about a billed line

Open the invoice and select Something wrong with this line? beneath the affected item. Choose the reason, explain what happened, and select File claim. Keep any supporting retailer notices available for staff review. If a claim already exists, the line shows its status instead of a new form.

For Amazon cancellation claims, enter the complete Amazon order number and identify whether the entire order, one item, or part of the quantity was canceled. A claim needs review; submitting one is not confirmation that a correction has been approved.

Claim adjustments

Approved claim corrections reduce the affected invoice's unpaid balance first. For an amount already paid, staff can issue TXPL wallet credit, refund the original card payment, or split the amount between both. This only corrects the TXPL service fee; it does not refund the retailer purchase.

The invoice detail page shows adjustment history. Payment links can be held while a claim adjustment is pending. Wait for the updated balance or contact staff if an adjustment needs attention.
