Using ACO

Checkouts & cancellations

Review results and report an order that needs attention.

Use Checkouts to review the outcomes recorded for your account. The dashboard home also summarizes activity for the selected time range.

Review a result

Match the recorded retailer and product with your order confirmation. A checkout result records an outcome; it is not a promise that the retailer will ship the order. Keep watching the retailer's order status and email for changes.

If a result appears missing, check any filters on the page and the time range on the dashboard. If it is still missing, contact staff with the retailer, approximate checkout time, and order reference.

Report a cancellation

Keep the retailer's cancellation notice. If a canceled order is still shown as successful or billed, contact staff in Discord. Include the affected invoice number if one exists.

For a billed line, the invoice detail page provides a claim form. Open Invoices, choose the invoice, and submit the relevant claim with the explanation requested by the form.

Reporting a cancellation does not cancel an order with the retailer. It asks TXPL to review the checkout or service fee.

What happens to the fee

Confirmed cancellations are handled according to the billing stage. Draft fees can be removed before billing. An existing invoice may need staff review or an adjustment.

For a sent or paid invoice, an eligible correction reduces the unpaid invoice balance first. Any remaining correction becomes TXPL wallet credit. This adjustment does not issue a refund to your card or refund the retailer's item charge.

See Invoices & wallet credit for payment status and adjustment history.

Information to share with support

Include the retailer, order reference, product, approximate date, and a redacted cancellation notice. Keep passwords, authenticator keys, full card numbers, and unnecessary personal details out of the message.
