Entering drops

Choose products and profiles, save entries, and understand deadlines.

The Drops page lists releases you can review. A drop groups products and entries for a retailer.

Review the drop

Open a drop and check the retailer, entry deadline, products, estimated fees, and profile limits. The drop and individual products may have different limits.

The displayed fee is an estimate. Your final invoice uses the recorded checkout and billing details; see Invoices & wallet credit.

Save your entry

  1. Create a profile for the drop's retailer if you do not already have one.
  2. Select the profiles you want to use under each product.
  3. Review the selections and choose Save entry.
  4. Check the confirmation message. If a limit or another validation rule blocks the save, correct the selection and try again.

Opting in with an inactive profile enables it for standard items too. Participation does not guarantee a checkout.

Change or withdraw an entry

While entries are open, update the checkboxes and choose Save entry again. Unchecking every selection and saving withdraws your saved entry.

Profiles marked Sent have already been sent to a runner. Unchecking them does not pull back the information the runner already received. Contact staff promptly if an already-sent entry needs to be stopped.

When entries close

The entry form is disabled when the drop is no longer open or its deadline has passed. If the page says the drop is closed, you cannot save another entry from that form.

If no eligible profiles appear, check that you created a profile for the same retailer. See Checkout profiles for setup and Troubleshooting for common blockers.

After the drop

Check Checkouts for recorded results and keep any retailer order emails. Service invoices appear after staff finalize and send the billing run.
