Getting started
Sign in, set up your account, and prepare for your first drop.
ACO means assisted checkout: you provide a checkout profile, and a runner uses it to attempt purchases. Your dashboard brings profiles, drops, checkout results, and service invoices together.
Sign in with Discord
- Open the sign-in page and select Continue with Discord.
- Use the Discord account you use in the TXPL server.
- Complete authorization to open your dashboard. Available features and profile limits depend on your assigned membership and roles.
If access is denied, confirm you are using the right Discord account and ask TXPL staff to check your server roles. See sign-in troubleshooting.
Prepare your first profile
Open Profiles and choose Add profile. The form walks you through your retailer account, shipping address, billing address, and card details.
- Use accurate information and a payment method you are authorized to use.
- For Pokémon Center, the form uses guest checkout and does not ask for a retailer login.
- For Amazon, complete the authenticator setup.
- Check Login readiness on your saved profile. If mailbox access is needed, follow Mailboxes & IMAP.
The profile guide explains each step and what activating a profile means.
Enter a drop
Open Drops, choose an open drop, review its products and estimated fees, then select the profiles you want to enter. Press Save entry and check the confirmation message.
Saving an entry is a request to participate. It does not guarantee a successful purchase. If you opt in with an inactive profile, it will also be enabled for standard items.
Read Entering drops before changing an entry that has already been sent to a runner.
Follow your results
Use Checkouts to review recorded outcomes and Invoices to review service fees once a billing run has been finalized and sent.
Keep the retailer's order confirmation and any cancellation notices. They help staff resolve a missing result or a billing question.
Get help
Start with Troubleshooting & FAQ. If you still need help, contact TXPL staff in Discord with the page name, error message, and relevant profile reference or invoice number. Never send passwords, full card details, or authenticator keys in a support message.
