Account setup
Checkout profiles
Add your retailer, shipping, billing, and card details.
A checkout profile contains the details a runner needs for a particular retailer. Start at Profiles.
Add a profile
Choose Add profile, then work through the four sections. Use Continue to move through the form and save when you have completed the final section.
- Account: choose the retailer and enter the requested account information. Pokémon Center uses guest checkout. Amazon also requires an authenticator key and account type.
- Shipping: enter the recipient, contact information, and delivery address. The phone field expects a 10-digit number.
- Billing: keep billing the same as shipping if that matches your card, or enter the correct billing address.
- Card: enter the requested card details and check the expiration date and CVV before saving.
If the form rejects a field, it takes you back to the section that needs attention. Correct the highlighted information and save again.
Review your saved profile
The profile list shows shipping details, a masked card, Login readiness, a profile reference, and its status. Open the profile name to edit its details.
- The retailer cannot be changed after creation. Create a separate profile for another retailer.
- Fields marked Stored — leave blank to keep retain their saved secret when left empty.
- Check for an expired card, missing login information, and incomplete mailbox coverage before a drop. Guest checkout and Cloud1 profiles use the identity email for mailbox coverage.
- Use the profile number or reference when asking staff about a specific profile.
For Amazon, follow Amazon setup. For mailbox coverage, follow Mailboxes & IMAP.
Active profiles and limits
The active-profile count and your current cap appear on the profile list. Limits depend on your membership; use the count shown in your account instead of assuming a fixed allowance.
An active profile can be used for standard items. Entering a drop with an inactive profile also activates it for standard items. Review your active profiles before participating.
Disabling a profile or changing a saved entry does not recall information already sent to a runner. Contact staff if you need a runner to stop using an already-sent profile.
Importing several profiles
The profile page also provides CSV import. Follow the template and field instructions in the importer, review its validation messages, and check the saved profiles afterward. A CSV containing account or payment details is sensitive; keep it private.
Before your first drop
Confirm the retailer is correct, your address is deliverable, the card is current, and login readiness is complete. Then continue to Entering drops.
